My Philosophy

I believe that I do not have the answers to your life, YOU DO.  You were born with everything that you need to design your ideal life.  I am able to guide clients though my program, that allows you to connect with your authentic self.  This process helps even the most stuck and unhappy clients find their own answers.  It is an exhilarating journey back to yourself.

My favorite analogy for Life Design Coaching is The Wizard of Oz.  Remember Dorothy’s red, ruby slippers?  Dorothy spent a lot of time running through the Land of Oz scared, frantic and worried.  She got lost, made some friends along the way, and even risked her life to find her way home.  Dorothy discovered at the end that she had the power to return home the entire time.  By clicking those red ruby slippers on her very own feet, she could achieve her mission.  As a young girl, I remember thinking, “Glenda the Good Witch, YOU ARE A RIP OFF!” (ha ha)  Shouldn’t Glenda have told her in the beginning?  The message of the film is profound.  What I take from it, is that no ounce of suffering is wasted.  Dorothy went through many challenges, and in the end, found her own power.
