What is life coaching?  I am a highly trained motivator with the ability to help clients uncover yearnings, remove road blocks, and set a clear path to reach personal and professional goals.  Simply, I help clients design and live their best lives.  Coaching is like having a personal trainer for your soul! 

Who can benefit from coaching? Anyone.  Who doesn’t want to improve their life in some way or another? If your life is perfect, let’s talk about creating more joy.  But, if you are stuck in an area, you’ll experience growth and empowerment  through my step by step program.  Clients experience a true sense of joy after successfully creating a path to a life of fulfillment and balance.

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?  Coaching can certainly augment therapy, but the two are very different.  Therapy deals with past issues and hurt and helps the client heal those wounds.  Life Design focuses on evaluating present life circumstances, and developing solutions for creating a brighter future.  Sessions are spent identifying obstacles to goals, a client’s true passions, and a plan to get to the life they’ve always dreamed about.

Where are sessions held?  I love this question.  Everywhere.  I am able to effectively coach my clients to better lives by meeting in person, over the phone, and through email.  This all depends on your availability, location, and investment level.  I have packages to accommodate most scenarios.

What are the benefits of coaching?
A coach helps ensure your goals are in line with your values and dreams. Coaches help their clients think bigger and see opportunities that may be missed. They encourage you to be more creative and resourceful in going after and achieving your goals. Other benefits are helping to establish priorities and seeing the bigger picture to get you into the game or play at a higher, more competent level. Coaching helps us to see our blind spots and what may be keeping us stuck in a particular routine or situation.
